Biblical service times (more than two hours to get a measly fillet of scottona), a very noisy, overcrowded place (estimated 200 seats), 4 waiters on the cross. Dishes served without order (side dishes arrived an hour before the meat, but an hour after ordering). Tables served in random order, without respecting arrivals or ordering priorities. Meat good but not exceptional. It's definitely not worth losing an evening like this (I was one step away from leaving paying only for the cover charge, the drinks and the plate of grilled vegetables). Not recommended, at least on Saturday evenings.

If you are a meat lover like me you can't miss out. Practically from the butcher's shop directly to the plate. Meaning you come in, choose the meat from the counter and wait for them to serve it to you. Very kind staff, many varieties of bombette stuffed in ways I hadn't imagined, excellent cooking and flavour... simple but very nice place but after 9pm, especially on weekends, it tends to get crowded. Also noteworthy is the quality/price ratio. We got almost a kg of meat paying moderately. I'm just sorry that the side dishes to accompany the meat are few.

ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID. Dirty and rude. I dare say that the place in question has an extremely disconcerting policy. I find it embarrassing to have to choose the flavors of the classic bombettes when in the end you are told that once cooked and served at the tables it will be an unknown to recognize the canister that each diner would distinctly prefer to consume. At the table as a welcome entree they made us find a small plate with half a raw carrot cut into dry strips, some bruschetta with clearly leftover bread from Sunday with 4 cherry tomatoes cut into cubes without oil, without life without a soul. Since there were six of us at the restaurant, I can only imagine, once the dishes arrived, how we were able to recognize the tastes we had previously chosen. So I find it absurd to have to smell, scrutinize and try to understand what the ingredients are before being able to consume them by spending a good 40 minutes, because let's face it, it should be a pleasure and a moment of relaxation to go out for dinner, to recognize what each of us he had chosen individually at the butcher's counter. Once seated at the table, the wait was unnerving despite the place being half empty, waiters incredibly inattentive and rude, but on the other hand we are talking about clearly listless, rude and dirty kids, given that while I was consuming the mysterious bowlers one of the waiters was at busy doing spring cleaning inside his nose. At the butcher's counter, during the initial order, we had kindly asked if at least 3 bombettes could be cooked separately since one of the people eats well-cooked meat...well...these bombettes never arrived until after having bumped into me and having pointed it out being that all of us had finished dinner and the person who had made this request hadn't even started. I would also recommend taking more care and cleaning of the room and the bathroom because it's not the best. Money very badly spent, we will never go back.
